With limbs tapered that narrowly, I am sure that this is a very fast bow. Good job.
Ken you seem to like tri lams..
is there a reason for that?
Oh I like the look of the bow too.
thanks guys , how , the trilam holds shape better than a two lam
what the hell ken. do you ever sleep? you make more bows than anyone i've ever seen. all of them are fantastic looking too.don
Ken, great looking bow! could you give us an idea on what the details are? Width at the fades, etc.
thanks, Bill :D
thanks don , i only build a couple a week. have to work around swing shift.
bill, 1 1/4 at fades to 1/4 inch tips straight taper limbs except for the last 8 inches or so they narrow slightly more than normal.almost all my handles are layed out 4inches with 1 inch fades. and 1 inch wide.

thats the same schedule i used to work when i lived in arizona and worked in the mining industry. i hated that. your body can't get used to a specific time period. the schedule that we worked before that one was much better. it was 4 12 hour days from 6am to 6pm then you had off for 4 days, then you came back for 4 12 hour days from 6pm to 6am and then were off for 3 1/2 days before you went back on the am to pm shift. don
Good looking bow love the walnut and maple
don it gets tough sometimes i think the bow building keeps me sane ...or less insane
thanks Stone
Great bow I love what you do with the walnut on your bows. Have you had any trouble with the walnut fretting on you?
DLH i havent had any fret and ive gone through 48 lbs of black walnut boards from northern michagin ,might be the short growing season and denser wood.thank you by the way
