Here is the bow that used TBIII on and put in the oven for 2 hours. I know now that that was not the thing to do. I let it cool 24 hrs before I pulled it off the form.
I modified the form by taking out some deflex and used the inner tubes for the clamping. I glued the osage and power lam then the next day glued the boo on using my work bench and blocks to keep the reflex during glue up.
The handle is Osage and Cocobolo. It is 40lbs @26 right now. It is for a young lady who is a new shooter. I think this will be a great design. It seems very quick.

I love that handle. Well done!
Man, that's one sexy looking bow. Something about that wood combo & shape together...wow!
Any pics of your lam build up or the process? What are all the layers and in which order, if you don't mind?
I haven't messed around with any forms or glue ups but seeing this beauty sure makes me what to give it a shot.
Thanks
That riser is spectacular!
Jim that looks NASTY! You need to get it sent up here asap so I can get rid of it for you. I will PM my address right away.........................................those lines are dang sharp, nice riser as well.
Thanks guys. No pics of the build. The parallel and tapers were glued up with the 18" power lam in between. The taper is the core lam. Then the next day I glued the boo on.
Gorgeous!
I like it!
Oh boy!!! I see one of those in my very near future.
Oustanding
Love the look !! Sweet bow :)
bulbous handle with a cut out shelf! AWESOME!!!! Gonna have to try that.
That sure is purty! I love the wood combo and the overall design of the bow. Are the tips cocobolo too?
Outstanding handle Jim!
Yes Cocobolo tips with black glass underneath. Got a coat of poly on it yesterday.
My other 2x4 form is going to be changed to this contour so I can glue it all at the same time.
Very nice. The handle looks very comfortable. Does it come in left handed.???
It could... never made a left handed bow.
Don't do it Jim! I've heard talk that the lefties are trying to take over the world. :-D Nice bow, by the way.
John
Here's a braced pic. Lower limb is a little stiffer because she is shooting 3 under. I think It needs a few more scrapes.

Here is a better shot of the handle.
