Just a heads up. My Home Depot has metal spring clamps I think they are 2" for $.99 They are as strong as the ones on the shelves for $3.00 or more. I just bought 30 so it is time to get building. These are the right size for a build and all metal with rubber covered tips. They are in a bulk display not on the sheves.
yeah i picked these up a few months ago. i was walking around the kids swingset aisle , and saw a bo with the green plastic covers on it for 99c , and when i stopped through the clamp aisle , they were 2.99 ...
i only bought 2 , but they have served me very well. i need some spray bedliner for the baby's power wheels , so im goin to spray the clamps cause the rubber disintegrated quickly...
great clamps for the price though...

I can tell the covers won't last but if I use pressure blocks or a metal cover strip it should not mater and I already have some plasti dip if I need to. Not as good as 30 C clamps but a heck of a lot cheaper
Have some I've used a couple years with use of saran wrap where glue squeezes out, nothin sticks to that!
Lowes had these on sale for .99. They work just fine.

I just picked up (12) of the plastic type with rubber pads for 10$ at Tractor Supply tonight. I think I have a clamp addiction, that makes about 50 or so in the shop, not counting c clamps, ratchet clamps and bar clamps...........
Thanks for the sales tip fellas
They have had these .99 clamps on sale for a month or so and everytime I go in for something I get a couple, can't ever have enough! Man I better get to HomeDepot I think I need something!!
