My primary interest is straight long bows but I am also thinking of others as well and started thinking of laying out a new form.
I don't really know what all I am looking at as far as what will function the best, so I am just going after what I think looks the best. I am liking the last two right now.
What do you think and which one will perform the best and why?

No clue with glass bows, but I like "A" for wood lam'ed bows. Glass seems like "b" would be good for.
I also like the last two most. Then it depends what you're looking for. If you want maximum power and speed then it's form D. If you want good speed combined with a more forgiving profile, when it comes to proper/improper shooting form then I would choose form E.

Here is one that is in between D and E. I think I am liking this one.
I will be trying all wood lam if that helps.

All wood I would suggest at least 4-5" of reflex so you can hold 2-3" when complete.
So then form D would give me the shape of the last one I posted?
I built several with the "C" design of wood/glass. The hand shock was pretty severe.
