thats pretty neat. i think we could work something up that could do it without a router.


as a side note , once you get your dowels made up , look into making a wood threader. im going to make some wood threads and tap some hard 2x6's to use for clamping .

where are you getting the taps and dies to thread the wood, would they not be substantially coarser
