Title: Live oak bow wood.

Hey guys I am in florida and there are alot of live oaks around here. i know they are the densest of the oak tree species, how are they for bow wood?

I would think it would be good bow wood. Lived amongst live oaks most of my life and I love them. my favorite tree(especially draped with Spanish moss) but I never tried to make a bow from live oak.Let us know how it works out.
