The darker laminations have alcohol on them to show the grain/color.
That is very nice wood.. great lams man!!!
Funny, when I cut into this board all these were going into "my" private stash,I had never seen Myrtle like this! but then I thought why not let others build their dream bows.I did keep a few though.
Thanks
Those are pretty awesome looking Lams. That board shouldn't last long

You're killin' me! I made a bow a while back with nice myrtle and I loved it but it was nothing like that. I wasn't planning on making a bow any time soon but you really have me wondering if I should go ahead and start one now!
Bodork, the thing that gets me is all the different colors that normally Myrtle does not have.
Curt, what is the thickness of these lams?
Snag, they are .030 but I do have more that is uncut.
Thanks,Curt
WOW!!!
 WOW.... That is some gorgeous wood.

Dave
How much for 2 pair of the figured myrtle lams ?
Thanks for the compliments.I'm out of the tiger Myrtle right now but will have more cut up by Xmas.
I do have a good supply of beautiful Myrtle burl that may be of interest?
Thanks,Curt

Curt, I'd like to buy the ones that are colored up for the picture (the second and third ones from the bottom). How do you want payment?
Curt I will be interested in the Tiger lams when you get them cut.
Checks in the mail Curt.
Wow! That myrtlewood veneer is beautiful! Thanks Curt. I am debating on whether to have the bowyer who is going to build me a TD use them in that bow's limbs...or build another one piece myself with these.
Well that was quick! I'm glad you're happy, thanks again.
Wow those are nice lams.I will have to keep you in mind on next set of bows.
I will be cutting up some crazy nice tiger/burl Myrtle in the next couple of weeks and will post pictures.
Thanks,Curt
