How long can a selfbow be held at full draw without some sort of damage..just curious..Thanks

Gottabow, I'm sure there are limits. Bow weight, materials, Draw length tiller, I'm sure all factor in. This is a very interesting question. Knifemaker

Say average55#@27" or so and its tillered to that..D shaped and Yew..64"..just say.

You shouldn't hold any wood bow at full draw any longer than it takes to get the shot off. The longer you hold it the weaker the bow gets and your arrow trajectory will change.
