Title: If you didn't get your trade bow

I have an osage self bow that is near finished. It was going to be my trade bow but I wasn't 100% satisfied with it. It has turned into a good shooter. It ain't all that pretty though. It has some ugly twist in it. I will finish it up and send it to anyone that didn't get their Trade Bow.  It could be shot RH or LH, If you didn't get your trade bow and you're interested just let me know.

Don't worry. I've worked on the tiller and it bends a little better now than this pic shows

Shoots fairly well at 25 yds. Probably better than this with a good driver

That is very a very nice bow and someone would be proud to own it. Very nice for you to offer it.    :clapper:

very nice bow. twist isnt really anything to worry about as long as the tiller is good, which im sure it is. someone will be very lucky to get that one, great gesture.

I can't thank you enough for your giving spirit.

Some of the bows I've seen that were built by the folks in on the "trade-a-bow" were absolutely awesome.

I was totally shock at the amount of collective talent exhibited via hand made bows.

The range of complexity of different designs certainly covered the gamut from the elegant simplicity of the one piece self bow to the more involved glass backed composite bows.

All of the bows built required more than a modicum of talent and it was reflected in the finished product.

Back when I was attempting to make something out of a stick that would fling an arrow I never made anything that would match what I saw here, so even if I decided to try for another I'd be too ashamed to put it amongst the likes of these.

It would be like offering up a brush pile for a work of art..lol
