Title: Bingham Burgundy Dymondwood
Post by: matt g meyers on May 09, 2010, 11:19:00 AM
I'm curious if any one has ever used this for a riser.I'm wanting a deep red/maroon look and I couldnt tell very well from binghams site.

This bow is a WSU tribute bow(crimson and grey)so any brown in the dymondwood may skew the appearance.
Any photos would be a big help too.

Thanks, Matt

I made this bow with burgandy dymondwood though it was not from bunghams. I think it is beautiful stuff. I made this knife from the same piece.

Maybe kingwood and grey actionwood would fit the bill...

Hey, that is some beautiful work. Thanks for the pictures.

I think I should get some regardless. Even if it turns out to not fit my exact color scheme, it's still good looking wood and I'm sure I'd use it at some point.

Thanks again.
