Title: TREE ID PLEASE!
Post by: Lee Lobbestael on March 17, 2010, 08:24:00 PM
What kind of tree is this? I see them all over and always wonder. Any good for bows?  (http://i756.photobucket.com/albums/xx203/Lee1_photos/downsized_03170019171.jpg) (http://i756.photobucket.com/albums/xx203/Lee1_photos/downsized_0317001917a1.jpg) (http://i756.photobucket.com/albums/xx203/Lee1_photos/downsized_03170019181.jpg)
Also what kind of plant is this? seems like it would make a decent arrow? Thanks for any input! (http://i756.photobucket.com/albums/xx203/Lee1_photos/downsized_0317001941a1.jpg)

The dust from sycamore would make me sneeze and irritate my eyes while cutting or running it through a chipper.

I hate to walk through sycamore leaves in the fall on a dry day. Might as well be yelling!
