Ok guys sorry if I keep harping on this one subject, however I got a good bit of bamboo and more black walnut available to me. If I did boo cores and B/W Lams covered in clear glass would it WORK? I mean considering I did it right?
I have done a couple of straight limb longbows with that combination. All of them were with parallel lams and they shot nice. The 66 inchers are a little smoother than the 64 inchers. The last one was 60lbs. @ 28 and shot a 590grn arrow 174fps. Good luck, never quit experimenting.

ABSOLUTELY!!!!!!
Dont even question it...Just do it man!
black walnut is excellent lam material. should do nicely with the bamboo, springy and low mass. I like walnut with something like paduk for stiffness and light weight. like stag said, just do it.
Thanks guys!!! One more then for ya, Has any of you mase a take down long bow that came straight up of the riser at the foot of the limb rather than slanting back at all??
