Any farriers will have used ones that they might give you or a feed and seed store should have them.
The one I have was used when it was given to me and that was probably 10 to 15 years ago and it will still take the hide off my knuckle. d;^)

Just about any farm and ranch supply store will have em for around 20 bucks.  Don't know how good a new one is but I get used ones from our farrier and even those will take the wood off in a hurry

I was a farrier for about 5 years and I can tell from personal experience the a horse farriers rasp will do some eating especially on knuckles.
I got scars to prove it, LOL.

Beat me to it! I was going to say Farm and Fleet.
Sticks-n-Strings, I can relate! Especially when you're holding something with one hand and rasping with the other, eh? I started wearing and old leather glove while reducing a stave.
