can someone tell me is tillering  is though the whole lengh of the draw or just at the relaxed stung bow.and is it normal for one limb to be long then the other it a asshiermer bow take down

It sounds like your asking about a glass backed recurve? If so the tiller is measured with the bow strung and relaxed. measure from the fade out on the top and bottom, to the string. If even tillered like most compound bows they will be equal. Most recurves will have a little positive tiller. (top limb more than bottom)

As for limb length depends on the design.
