I just finished my first bow a 68"T/D shallow longbow with laminates from Binghams.I used my own materials for the riser which is laminated Zebra and the black glass limbs i used go well with the Zebra.I shot this bow through a chronograph with the following results.694 grain total weight arrow 170 fps.604 grain total weight arrow 180 fps.520 total weight arrow 190 fps with one at 194 fps.I know arrow speed is not everything but these speeds impressed me especially for my first bow.I will try to post some pictures as soon as i figure out how to do that with my new laptop.
Sounds great. Was the design your own or one from Binghams? Either way the speed with those heavy arrows should make a great hunting weapon. Will be real interested in the pics.

Well i cant seem to get pictures to work tonight so i will try again later. If anyone can help me with this i would appreciate it.I am not very good with the computer so anything other than the basics goes right over my head.Just in case i do get pictures posted i should add that i also included a wonderful piece of Koa on the riser for this bow which i hope to show soon.
Your numbers really are not very telling without the draw length and weight. :)
Apex-55#@30" as stated in my post title.
