i finished my bow and im now tillering.I have 35lbs at 18" anyone have any idea about what weight i will be at 28'?the bow is 68 amo made of red oak backed with maple then backed with burlap.
If you just started tillering, you are a long way from "finishing". :)
If you make zero mistakes, you may get 60#. I think 50-55 is more realistic.
I agree. Tiller is what makes a bow a bow.
i didnt mean i just started tillering.I have been exercising the bow.I have been tillering for a couple days now or at least started miday yesterday. It ended up being 50# @28.Im going to shoot it for awhile at less than full draw tomorrow.how long do you recomend doing that?
