This is my soon-to-be three year-old son holding the bow he "helped" me make a couple months back. I had always told him he would get his first bow when he was three, but every time I was in the shop working on a bow he would come down and ask, "Is that my bow, daddy?" One day I just gave in, grabbed a short piece of red oak I had in the rack and away we went. He held the tools, sanded, swept, and ran the vaccuum :scared: ) It's a pyramid bow with "quasi-syahs." It's backed with canvas and pulls 25#@22". Sure beats the first bow I started with...a bunch of fiberglass stakes taped together strung up with kite string!
