Well I had such good luck fixing my Savora that I dug out my old Rocky Miller custom t/d. This has been sitting in my gun cabinet for years. To me it just seems like the poundage comes on fast and furious and continues until reaching full draw which for me is 28". I don't mind the weight it just could come on a bit smoother if you ask me.
So how does one do this on a recurve? thanks for any and all info. keepem sharp
How long of a bow is this?
It is a 60" t/d. thanks
I found the smoothest drawaing recurves have limbs that start to taper (width and thickness) the entire length of the limb. So if the limb is parallel in width much of the length, like many are, you can get it to draw more smoothly if you have it gradually taper the entire way. You will loose draw wieght by doing this.
