I made this bow out of a 4"dia Red Cedar sapling.I backed it with Hickory as thin as I could get it. 54" 50#@26. 1&3/8" to 1/2" tips. It took 1&1/2" of set. Shoots quick. Nice job. you did real good for such a short bow. Love the skin job, those are copperheads on the mid limbs? I haven't seen that pattern in the snake. I built a bamboo backed juniper that actually gained reflex as I tillered it, I'm thinkin bamboo backed red cedar would be great too. Once again nice work Kendall. :thumbsup:

Upper limb is an inch longer then the lower and it bends thru the handle just slightly.
