Title: Sheep Horn Skinner
Post by: KSCATTRAPR on July 26, 2017, 06:47:00 PM
Here is a skinner with a sheep mortise handle. The guard is stainless and a red G-10 liner separates the guard from the sheep handle. Overall length is about 8" and the blade is 4".

The exquisite curve of the edge makes my skin hurt just looking at it.  Your knife will cut.
Love the guard, anything outside the kitchen should have one.
