Title: 6 inch drop point......For St. Judes!

6 inch blade of Aldo's 1084, etched finish. Elk antler scales.....copper pin and tube.

You amaze me sometimes by how you can make simple and rustic look so elegant and beautiful.  Great looking blade.

Thanks guys. I don't make too many full tangs anymore.......I don't like how the handle material tends to shrink and leave the sharp edges of the tang sticking up.
So, I fully finished the tang on this one, and rounded it over slightly, and then made the antler slabs just a tiny bit narrower than the tang.

This is about as basic and simple a knife as I ever make, but it would do a lot of things well. Maybe one like this is needed for the St. Judes auction as it has attracted a lot of attention with the TG crew!
