Title: Small Utility with curly maple handle & sheath
Post by: Steve Nuckels on July 21, 2015, 09:28:00 PM
I made this for my wife's Birthday.  A small stock removal blade from an antique saw mill blade, edge quenched.  Stained curly maple coffin handle with silver wire inlay.  And my first curly maple sheath,  The sheath has a small magnet inlayed inside the sheath to hold it tight, it has silver wire work and two tone stained. Blade is 3 1/2" OAL 7". Hammer textured copper guard.

That's a beautiful combo, Steve!  Well done.  I just did my first wooden sheath and they're tricky.
