I've been busy pounding out knives, but many of them don't seem to dovetail quite nicely with the Trad Gang "atmosphere".
But, I did just finish up a W2 Hunter that should fit well.
It's one for a fellow who wanted a hunter with some heft to it. Didn't want something rreally delicate.
This was forged from one of those 2+" round bars of W2 with a clay induced Hamon.
The guard was forged from a round bar of 416.
The handle is a piece of stabilized Missouri Walnut.
Very comfortable unit.

Impressive! Thanks for posting!
That's a great looking package right there. What are the dimensions?

Another Andersen work of art. :campfire:
Forged 416. Yes, I noticed. :)
That looks fantastic, Karl! Looking forward to meeting you next month at the hammer-in.
Karl, all of your knives just scream to be held! Just another excellent looking knife! Thanks for sharing!!
Beautiful work Karl.
Sorry about the delay in this answer.
Busy as heck and leaving this morning for a three day bow camp.
