Here's one I just finished for a friend. Blade is 5 1/2 ", overall length is 10 !/4". Handle is stabilized coolibah burl. I'd say he will be happy. What steel is the blade?
Thanks, Lin. The blade is CPM154 stainless, 5/32 thick. The bolster is stainless. I did the blade and bolster with a satin finish.
Very Nice. Easy to maintain.
Hopefully it won't show scratches as easily, and will be easy to touch up if it does. The CPM154 holds a nice edge for a stainless steel too.
