:saywhat:

Good one Man.

Very cool.........I like the way you used all the different materials. Did you forge the damascus?
Darcy
Thanks Chuck, you have a package on the way.
Darcy, I did not forge that damascus, it is a commercially produced American product.
It is hard to combine so many materials and come off with such a beauty. Well done! How did you patina the copper?
Gables, thank you, it is brass, done with Birchwood Casey Brass Black.

WOW, that wood combo and the hardware go together great!! Great job!
Snake, that is a very cool knife! I especially like the osage & Bacote combo! It would be interesting to see the bocote over the osage too!
I also like the horn pommel.
Very nice work

Great job Charles. Everything just kinda goes together, looking forward to what you do for a sheath.
very nice...yeah I got some ideas on a sheath if you sell it to me. ;)
Brock, Mr. Sinclair just custom built a knife for me from the same billet as this one (Coupe de grace), and it is an exceptational display of craftsmanship, in form and function. The knife and the leather are top shelf. I'm with Roughcountry, Can't wait to how the sheath turns out.
thanks panhead....I wanted it and was ready to buy....but decided against it...too pretty for me to beat around with in woods. So going to work with him on a custom one after first of year when he has some time.....it is a pretty one though...for sure.
I have never seen a knife like that and would never be able to dream one up, but I sure do like it. You should be proud of yourself for so many reasons on its creation.
Allan
Thanks everyone for the very fine compliments !!!
Yeah, buddy! That is too cool. You've got a good eye for combining unique elements into a functional, attractive, and cohesive package. Kudos! :)
Snake,
That is one of the more unique knives I've seen. I love it and wish it were headed to Austin. Well done!
A while back I sent you a PM say that your most recent post was your best work yet, yeah well, that is now 2nd tier.
Very well done.
That knife matches my MOAB perfectly. I think they were made to be together.....
Thanks !
Trinity and BDann, She is avalible and would be happy to remain residing in Texas. I have not started a sheath yet in thinking whomever ends up with her might like to have involvement in the design.
Charles I just saw this in the Classifieds.... Your artistry knows no bounds, beautiful!!!!
Outstanding looking nice! Awsome work.
Do you have a sheath for that we can see? You always have unique leather as well.
Sweet knife like the handle.
Rob
mater, I have not made a sheath yet, been finishing some bows. I will post pics when I do, thanks !
coaster500, That is about the finest compliment a craftsman could ask for. You do some mighty fine work yourself.
Thanks everyone !!
Multi carry sheath, side carry, drop down or lashed to leg or quiver.

Thanks Chuck
Merry Christmas to you and your family ! Ya'll try to keep all the cold weather up there.
Good looking outfit Charles, I like the dual purpose concept. I never would have thought of using a halter square.
Thanks Robin, hardware is where you find it. In my case with no real hardware stores nearby I try and use what I have and know you do the same.
Dang Charles! I didn't realize how big that knife was until I saw it on a person! The knife I an finishing now will fit in the palm of my hand! Id sure like to meet you if you make Memphis this year! Mlke
Very nice... :)
I'm with Bodork, holy c!@#, thats a big knife. I ws too busy looking at the beauty of it to see the size. That's a knife my old mate crocodile dundee would be happy to carry.
