Still 4 more weeks before I see my surgeon and hopefully get clearance to get back into forging. In the mean time I've handled out a few blades and improved my hand finishing methods so not all is lost.

Thats a home run Jeff. Really a big fan of quillwork and the blade just seems to belong.
I'd say you are staying on top of your game, Jeff, despite your injuries! That's a really cool little knife that any bladesmith would be justifiably proud of. The sheath is a little beauty too.
