with desert ironwood mortised handle 416 stainless guard.
Some mistakes in it, but I'm learning.

Good job Ray! Very nice. :)
I like it, the blade looks good
Ray, I'm not seeing any "mistakes". Looks really good and nice work on the sheath as well.
Ray's eye is very attuned to small things most of us wont see or wont call a mistake. That shows his standard is very high and he is indeed pushing himself to improve more and more with every knife. So, when he says there are mistakes, well..... let's just say you will be hard pressed to find them. You will notice that this knife is a mortised tang constructed knife. That is relatively new to him and he's taking to it naturally. It takes a different approach, some different tools, and ways of looking at it. I would give him high marks on this knife.
Dale - I can't claim the sheath! I am no leather worker. I have someone make mt sheaths for me and they do look nice, yes thanks to him
I appreciate the kind words all!
Very well done Ray! Great looking piece of ironwood.
Chris
Vey nice and Lin you are right on with what you said. Good Job.
That's really sweet, Ray.
Hold your head high, buddy.
Ray, I agree completely with Lin. Your knife and the sheath looks awesome.
Looking good Ray, that damascus looks fantastic!
