I have a couple old knives in rough shape that I would like to get restored. Sheaths too. Any recommendations for this? I would like to pay someone, because I have too many other projects going on right now.
Go to the knife forum on this site and you'll get the help or info you need!! Someone will help you or get you pointed in the right direction!
Thanks, Ron. Don't know how I didn't see that...
Get hold of "koger". He did a couple of mine and he done a very fine job.
Hap
Yes Koger may help you out. He did a nice job on one for me. I got a sheath made by Art Vincent to match my pocket quiver.
I would ask Clarence Smitherman (skullworks). He revived a knife for me and made a sheath for it. He did a great job!
thanks for the tips, guys. One of these knives is really more of a bayonet than a knife, which is why it's been sitting in a closet for the last year. Not much call for the bayonet charge these days, but it's a bit of a shame to see a piece of iron so beat up...
