Here is one I finished. Used an awesome 5160 carbon bushcraft blade from a bladesmith in Sweden. Scales are Osage with red liners, mosaic pins and a mosaic lanyard tube. Blade is 3-3/4" and 3/16" thick. OAL is 8-1/2".

looks good but i would prefer a bigger blade for bush crafting. and to me the blade shape looks almost just like a mora knife.

I think the maker calls is a bushcraft blade more in the tradition of European idea of a bushcraft knife. If I was going to carry one knife myself it would be more like what I consider a camp knife. Being from Sweden I'm sure the bladesmith was impacted a bit by Scandi/Mora knives. :)
That is some beautiful osage....
Nice size! Nice work!
I like it a lot, Clarence, and it definitely has a Swedish appearance to the design. Of course, my daughter-in-law is from Sweden, and I think she is designed very nicely too, especially now that she is carrying my first grandchild (Ella Thorell DeVore -- due June 12)!!!!!!!! The scale on the blade from forging looks very nice when contrasted against that beautiful Osage.
The knife you recently sent me just arrived today, and it is another knife that is exceptionally well put together by your skilled hands.

That osage looks really nice. The way the grain is oriented slightly diagonal to the tang really sets it off.

Yea, that's what I'm talkin about...
very Loveless with that handle, red liners and slight drop. I really like that one.
