WOW!
Absolutely amazing!
Lin, I never get tired of looking at your knives. Your damascus and iron wood handles are spot on. Thanks
Dana
WOW Lin, That is a beauty! I don't know much about Damascus, however that is most interesting and the Ironwood is exceptional!
Dumb question, how sharp can you get the clip? I'm working on a knife now and am planning a sharpend clip!

Steve,
It's sharp enough to grab thumb nail. It has a different geometry from the edge naturally, but it's there of you need it.
Thanks guys.
WOW, seems to be a common theme here. Absolutely stunning Lin, one of my favourites of yours for sure.
Traditionally men on the frontier carried big blades for all sorts of functions. The big knives served many proposes from self defense to basic camp chores. I am fully confident that a capable man could survive with just this knife. From making snares to catch small game to building a bow to take down larger animals this knife could do it.
Outstanding design and flawlessly executed! I am sure the new owner will be very happy, even though he will probably never need this knife to perform at the level it could.
