Does anyone know what type of Blade design is this? It kind of seems like a extreme Skinner to me, but what do you think? (//%5Burl=http://imgur.com/u4QAl%5D%20%5Bimg%5Dhttp://i.imgur.com/u4QAl.jpg) [/IMG]

Also does anyone have any ideal on who may have built the knife?
My wife bought it for me about a dozen years ago in Estes Park Colorado, it was bought in a little knife store there.
I will be very thankful for any info you guys may have.
Ken Richardson?
the actual "shape" is a "trailing point". Its one of the more slender/pointy versions, but a trailing point none the less.
What is a "Trailing Point" used for?
Thanks
I also would say it is a Ken Richardson. Take a look in the "Hunting Packs and Knives" section. There is one for sale by KSDAN.
After looking at his other work, I do think that my knife is a Ken Richardson. Does he build a good Knife?
It appears to be a Ken Richardson. The design is used for hunting and skinning. From what I can tell he uses quality carbon steel and has made knives used by hunters and trappers.
I have never seen one of his knives in person nor used one but the blade steel that is mentioned that he uses will make a very good knife.
Hope this helps, Chris
