Here is another hunter I finished lately. This one has the same basic size specs as the other one, just different metals. The hammered pins are the ones I described in the "shade tree" thread.

edited to make the photo a hair smaller. sorry
I'd love to see somebody elbow deep in a big elk with that thing!
That's fantastic.
Thank you Karl. You say the sweetest things.
:)
WOW!
Just as nice as the other one, I've got to find me some sheephorn.

Another great knife. I do love the bronze and sheep horn together. I am saving some money for some Bronze now. I have one that is about ready for heat treat just begging for Bronze and African Blackwood.
Great job Lin, its bound to go to a very appreciative new home.

Only if I can provide the elbows Doug. Happy hunting.
Thanks Mike.

Your quite welcome. Your work gives me something to look VERY forward to owning. Like someone else has already said.......everytime you post another picture of something that you've just finished, I think.......THAT'S IT.....he can't possibly improve upon that.

Oh, my! Gracious, that's flat out gorgeous. The lines on that piece are perfect. Those hammered pins really go nicely with the texture of the sheep horn. :clapper:
I lied on that last one you did....now this one is my all time favorite of all the knives you have made Lin....Well done Sir!
What a beauty!
