I was not going to post any more knife pics until I was done with fly fishing and bow hunting through October, however, I ran into a bit of car problem "out there" in the middle of Central Idaho mountains last week and I needed to get down to civilization to get my car fixed. I was fortunate to run into a young fellow bowhunter who offered to drive me down. He would not accept cash, but he finally accepted my personal knife I usually carry on my belt as a "Thank you" gift, so I had to make another knife before my upcoming trip to Montana and here it is: 3" 1/8" thick D2 tool steel with tapered tang. Handle is stabilized myrtle burl.

Chuck is right, that feller came out ahead. If you're fixin' to drive through Pennsylvania, give me your route, I'll throw some nails on the road! Just be sure to bring that new one!
Mike,
That is an exquisite looking knife. I love your work, and am glad to see the new pieces you make. Like others, I would gladly give you a ride anywhere. :)
Allan
WOW!...uh, what they said!
Very nice Mike, you did him right. Like the rest, I'll give you a ride around Tx for one.
