Just got these done. Anyone wanna take a guess at what the handle is on the top knife?

Looks like granite
It looks like an artificial granite counter top material. I like it on the knife, whatever it is. That blade style is still my favorite for a skinning knife.

Corian counter top?. Nice looking skinners
That was my guess Chuck, Corian scraps make some nice handles.
Stabilized Kudzu vine?
great answers but none right LOL. I have been thinking about tryig this for about a year. never got around to it till now.<><
Can you show a closeup bud?
I'll take a stab at it:
The inner porous portion of an elk antler that's been filled with epoxy
Ksilolita? Aka "wood stone" or Xylolite.

Stickshooter,
Good thing someone else guessed it cause I know how times are tight for everyone soooo I was going to say it came from a "head stone" from some nearby graveyard... :scared: <")))><
Those are SUPER COOL Frank!
My guess was a focilized dinasaur terd - polished of course!
Awesome knives for sure
:bigsmyl:
Very cool looking handle Frank! That idea has been in my head for awhile now too, but shop time for new knives - or knives people have been waiting on - has been nearly nonexistent. I should have a few finished by the end of this month though!!
So how'd you fill it? Vacuum, positive pressure, gravity flow? Inquiring minds want to know!
Say :wavey: to Shell for me. I have to call you two one of these days... it's been too long!
