Title: Workin' Man's Skinner from Old File & Yeller Wood
Post by: tippit on March 31, 2011, 06:02:00 PM
I know I said I wasn't going to show anymore but this old file blade came out alright.  With a little Osage and a hollow grind, she outta do just fine on those spring bears...Doc

Ahh Tippit between you and Stic, I'm always assured to have one more thing that I just drool over and want, especially when you put that steel to some good looking osage. I just wish I could afford to buy more of them.

Looks great! I would love to see that in about a year or two, after that osage darkens up some.

That osage should darken up to a real pretty honey color before too long.  I love aged osage!
