Title: knife refinish?

my daughter but this for me some yrs ago in a second hand store. ive always wanted to use it when im hunting.can this knife be fixed?if so what do i have to do? Fixed how? Cleaned up? Hard to tell much from the blade pics.

i meant can this knife be reground and a new edge while retaining its original profile
