I finished all my knife projects & promises. So I've finally come up with what I'll be carrying on my belt this year.
Now to see if I can claim my 2009 St Judes Special Sheath from Roughcountry  If only I could figure out which one to send
Since I'm a year late, I'd better find out what kinda style knife Robin would use and send an extra too :) Doc
Both knives are 5160 with oal about eight inches.
Flat ground skinner with spalted oak handle.

I don't think I could choose. Send them both off for sheaths and carry one on each side.
Both are very nice,I love spalted maple handles!
Tough Decision -- too tough. I wish I had to make such a decision!!!!
Very nice and look forward to seeing Robin's final outcome!
Wow, best thing about building sheath's is handling the knives.
Those are both dandys Jeff. I think you outta let me build a set up like those cowboy action shooters carry.
Tip one handle forward one the right side carry and a crossdraw on the left.
When you run outta cuts with one, shift to the other :D
It's legal to carry two when huntin bruins isn't it?
I have been thinking about how that finger swell will affect the sheath. Got some ideas, can't wait. RS
Robin...sent you a PM
That is a nice lookin' pair of knives right there Doc!
A tough decision for sure....
Shoot straight, Shinken
Real nice work, Jeff.
Both are real nice Doc but if I had to chose the curly maple hunter would get the nod.
love the splated oak
Fine looking knives Doc.
JEFF,
I'LL TAKE THE ONE YOU LEAVE HOME. IF YOU CATCH ME, I MIGHT EVEN GIVE IT BACK!
SWEET STUFF, DOC
