Here is my first forged bowie.It's a spear point,16" OA. The blade is 10" long 1/4" thick and 2" wide at the widest point. It was forged from an old truck spring.It has a polished elk handle.

Randy that came out nice! And as we know that particular old spring was some of the good stuff!
edited to add- throw it on something black, anything will work... construction paper, cardboard, inside of a "lined" tailgate etc...
