I haven't posted any photos lately - thought I'd better catch up with ya'll!
Here's one I finished about 30 minutes ago for a fellow member of the United Bowhunters of Illinois.
Forged from heavy stock 5160 and assembled 'take-down' style with stainless fittings and a Stabilized Bubinga handle.
I really love this material.

Nice one Karl
Real nice looking, bubinga is some cool wood.
What are the light specs in the grain of the wood?
Dan
I wish I could answer that, Dan.
I really like it - it sort of sparkles.
I think it's some sort of reaction between the resin in the wood and the stabilizing agent.
Every piece of stabilized Bubinga I've ever used looked that way.
