looks great to me bro, i like it! if the blade don't get ya the horn will knock some sense in to someone!
blade good but the horn dont look right on it iam sorry to say. i think a stag handle would look much better
Jeff I was going for diffrent I see alot of stag handles on them the horn actually feel really good in the hand but I am glad for your honesty thats what I wanted when posting it on here . :bigsmyl:
Where did you find a Helle blade that size?
dryad bows has them 40.00 plus shipping close to 50 bucks shipped this one I am building and going to sale I had 4 other orders to build and prdered this one for extra always wanted to play with building one of these .
I like it! Anyone can build something that looks like all the rest. I am a designer, painter and if everyone liked what I was doing, I know that I was doing something wrong, by trying to please others too much and myself not enough. My goal is to please about 75% of all people and 100% of the people who hire me. I have been in business for 22 years.
Can you post a pic when your done with it in your hand? Right now it looks very slender for that size blade but I would like to see how it fits in a hand. How does it feel to you?
Its definatly not slinder I will post pic feels very good to me I am left handed and I admit it fells better in the right hand but both will work ,
i doubt there are many knives out there like that one. very cool
