How much for elk antler? there is an elk farm 25mi from my place, was wanting some antler for knife handles. $15/side sound fair?
I've seen it sell for up to $50 a side for nice big antlers at hammer-ins/knife shows.
Well, I recently paid 130 for a very large antler, one side only.
So, 15 bucks sounds fair.
And it makes some nice handles too, so get you some and try it.
15 sounds great!

Pintail, $15 sounds like a great deal. I'm sure if you got some extra a few of us might want/need some. :D I know I would love to try some. Skippy
$15 is a great deal. I Brock
I'll take some. Tell me where to send the check! You can chop it up into mailable length pieces, and tell me how much for your time- and for the postage to mail.
You could make more than enough to cover the cost of your own materials just doing that, if you've a mind to.
yeah,i second that elk antler is scarce down here i`ll buy a side also

I have an elk farm near me. I just got off the phone with the guy and he told me that I could have as much as I want for 10 -12 dollars a pound.
I will keep you posted. I'm going out next week.
Brian
keep us posted. Use flatrate priority boxes. One could cut up an antler and probably stuff it into one of those for a decent price. Skippy
put me in for two or three sides!!
