My Grandfather has turned Yellow in the last 3 or 4 days. It could be a number of things. Yesterday my dad had a good talk with him and he wasn't in pain and his spirits were good.
Tests come back tomorrow, please pray its not something too serious!
Sounds like jaundice, but as you say...could be lots of things.
Prayers for His will to be healing for Grandpa!

Prayers going up for your grandpa and you all in this time of trial. May the Lord bless and keep you all, and may His love and healing be upon your grandpa. Lord, in Your mercy, hear our prayer. Amen.
Prayers for your Grandfather and for those who love him that they may find comfort in the Lord and be blessed with his return to good health.
Thanks guys, He's in the hospital now, There was a blockage and they are trying to send a stint in to open it up.. His blood is thin so They are trying to be as little invasive as possible.
Those stints work well when they work...
God's will for your Grandpa...and strength and peace for the rest of you to hold fast to hope and peace that passes understanding.
Praying for your grandpa and your family<><
Thanks guys.
My mother called, says the blockage was formed by cancer.
The Bile was drained today and options will be discussed in the coming days.
Continued prayers. Keep us posted, and may His will be done and His grace be upon you all.
Grandpa is home now and for the most part is not in Pain. Somedays however are not so good.
Doctor says there are 2 options:
1. Fight it. Using Chemo however that would maybe extend his life but the quality might not be so good. Also take the chance the cure kills him. He's been through it 2 times before when he was a much younger man and always said he could never handle it again. This time Dr. says he could be right.
2. Do "nothing". Get 3-6 months to live with a decent "quality" of living.
surgery is not an option.
Grandpa decided to think about it but the family thinks he is leaning toward option 2.
Please pray for his best.
Prayers for God's peace and comfort
What Benson said... and for discernment to be God-Inspired, not tired-inspired.
Prayers too for peace that passes all human understanding regarding his final choice!
Amen, and amen...may He be with you all. May His grace and peace be with you and your grandpa in this time of trial and discernment.
May you all feel God's presence in a way you never have before.
Charlie please spend as much time with your Grandpa as possible,I'm sure that like my brother he'll pick option two, sometime it's the only option when you want to have your last days to be good ones.I'm praying for you and him.
Prayers sent for your Grandpa and family brother

Thanks for the prayers guys. Hospice has been in to visit every day. Gramps is at home and in good spirits. He is still pain free although docs are thinking about 2 months.
Prayers sent for your Grampa as well as the family. Like someone said.........spend as much time as possible with him. My Grampa died when I was only 4 years old so I have very little memory of him. Elderly people are filled with so much life experience and wisdom.......try and soak some of it up, you will be glad you did and it will do him a world of good also.
Thy will be done........

Thank you everyone for your prayers.
Grandpa passed away peacefully at home today. He was in a good mood and good spirits. He died in his chair and my family can use your prayers during the next couple of days.
God's peace and comfort for you and family.
