Will do. Good thing it wasn't a .45 or a 10mm. Glad you are not seriously hurt.
Good luck, sounds like the kind of accident that could have been much worse. The surgery will probably be easier than the questions.
it was a good thing my buddy who was there was an experienced combat medic back from iraq so i had a very qualified person to treat me in the feild
We'll do. Praise the Lord it was not more serious for all involved.
When I lived in MT, folks I met were all from ranch backgrounds it seemed. One commented teaching me to ride better, "If'n ya never been bucked off a horse, ya ain't rid much."
Older I get, the more I realize that much of our outdoor hobbies are the same... being safety conscious is one thing, but if'n you are around things enough where there is a threat, safety only minimizes the risk, doesn't eliminate it.
Prayers of gratitude that you were not seriously injured. A hair one way or another in a bullet's path can be a huge salvation.
Prayers for continued good things through surgery and recouperation.
Keep the Son in your eyes.
Glad it wasn't worse. Prayers for quick healing.
thanks yall i hope i recover in time for bow season
Prayers from Ga for a complete and quick recovery.
thanks for the prayers just got home and the sergury went great
Keep the upper body active and do what they tell you with the leg. You'll be shooting sitting down in no time! :)
Glad things went well..Praises to the Great Physician!

Prayers continue
Hang tough Ian. Your young and will have some stories to tell your grandkids. I'm glad your better. Lin
Prayers from here...
Prayers sent Ian, Stay strong bud. I know the feeling, I was shot in the thigh with a 30/30 when I was younger. Very scary to say the least. Do what the doctors say and keep your head up. Big Ed
thanks yall, the only thing that makes me mad is that the pain is still there enough to where I cant knifemake, fish, or shoot my bow for too long so im stuck in the house most of the time which sucks, I start back at college in a few days and was lucky enough to adjust my classes to where they are almost all in the same area so I dont have to walk across campus all day
