Hello,
i have to admit first i am not very religious, but my granny was. And i know she would be very glad if some fine folks who didnt even know her would send a prayer.
She was a women who never hhad an easy life. Worked her back of on her fathers farm and continued running it. lost a husband (at the age of 20)and most of her farm in WW 2, raised two kids one from the lost, one from a new husband (my mother)suffered of severe depression and diabetes.
Two years ago she had a bad stroke and was from then on in a wheel chair and not capable of doing anything on her own, even eating or talking.
Yesterday her suffering was ended, her heart failed finally and now she is gone.
Even though i know it is better for her i am sad, i had a very close relationship, cared a lot, fed her, dressed her and took care as my granddad couldnt do it because of his age and my parents have a full time job. I miss her already.
In rememberance of Else Schorr, a hard working, loving, and always concerning and helping woman!
Prayers sent that her prayers for her family will continue bringing them into God's best. Praying for you and your families comfort.
More prayers from NM.
Axel,
May your granny's peace pass to you. She walks in joy and perfect harmony with Jesus. Faith is believing what cannot be proven, but we know is true.
May your time come where her influence and her spirit guide you to a personal relationship with Christ...not about a church, but a relationship with Him.
Else Schorr, we know you're watchin over Axel and all of us. Peace be with you and may your joy be known by your grandchild that misses you.
Prayers sent from Georgia.
peace to you my freind, Doc has hit the nail right on the head, not about being in church every time the doors are open, just about asking Christ into your heart, to be cleansed and made whole, I will be in prayer for your peace and understanding, all the while you draw on grandma's peace, remember she would want you to reach out for the source of it.. Jesus Christ!! Lord Bless ya
