sunday evening our home was destroyed by a tornado

Dear God, Please watch over these good people and friends. Be in touch as soon as you can about you and the boys' status and plans, Chuck. How devastating. I always hated hearing about disasters like this for any folks - but this is happening to family. I am just heart-broken for you and Cal, and of course Oak too.

Chuck and his boys have been through so much, and had finally found a good and relaxing lifestyle there in Texas on an old place of his Uncle and Aunt's. Sometimes it seems some of the best folks have to climb over the roughest rocks. I sent the above e-mail this AM but don't know if it was received, or any further facts yet. Some prayers couldn't hurt - these twisters just suck the guts right out of folks.
My prayers are with our brother and his family.
God Bless
Prayers sent for comfort and God meeting their needs.
Prayers for the entire family!
Floods, tornadoes, other current disasters make a body wonder what's going on and where it will end...
Prayers for Snakewood3 and his family as they try to rebuild...and for all those others who've lost so much... midwest, southwest...all over it seems.
Lord in your mercy...
Another update from Chuck. Leave it to him to think about his committments, bless his heart.

They will too, I have no doubt. Good Lord willing. - B
No worries Chuck, just take care of it whenever you can. Tickled to hear y'all are OK, now you guys take care of yourselves first!
Prayers away.
Doug
Chuck-if your reading this, or if anyone is in contact with him.
Please let me (us) know what we can do to help. I have a 10 yo son and plenty of outgrown clothes that I can send, and can probibly get together some househouse hold items as well. Tim
Thank God they weren't hurt.
I feel so helpless, almost as helpless as they did when the tornado did its work.
Prayers going up, but I wish I knew something I could do for them here. God's will be done.
Killdeer :(
Bless you all. This further encouraging word from our good, strong friend:
