Hi
I've seen a few Bear recurve bows with the Word DISPLAY stamped on the riser.
They all have 3 holes in the shooting window.
Does any one have a picture of how the arrow / arrows were displayed on the bow???
THANKS
Hi Lynn,
Good to see you here!
The Charlie Kroll Fred Bear biography has a picture of Fred presenting a display bow to someone. I know someone who owns one, but I have no pictures. The bow is strung, and three arrows are wired to the string and then tacked to the sight window. You should be able to visualize the scene.
Photos of display bow holes for displaying arrows.
Does any one have picture of displayed arrows???

I have a 1970 Grizzly with those same holes and the display stamp. Not sure how it was displayed, but it shoots great.
They were all over in shops, gas stations, party stores, in Grayling and outlying areas in the 60,s & 70,s.
