Title: amazing trad gear collection
Post by: sadiejane on February 16, 2011, 09:00:00 AM
have had to spend a good part of winter in the kansas city area taking care of some obligations...
anyhoos, took the time yesterday to drive up to winchester kansas to the nocking point.
if any ya'll live in or travel to this area, and havent done so, ya oughta  go check the place out. mike is a real nice fella, and has an amazing collection of trad archery gear. especially bear bows. lots of the static recurves(like a dozen or more) one huge wall of broadheads. he's been at it for several decades. and of course he's a trad shop, so about anything and everything ya might want/need  there too! his shop is half museum half archery shop. good selection of local(ks and mo) made bows too. well worth yr time.

Great guy! I'd like to get back that way to see him again sometime.  May call him to chat.  Thanks for reminding me.

Mike and Brenda are top notch folks. I buy all my supplies from them.
