Title: Bear adjustable arrow plate covering?
Post by: Red Dwarf on January 24, 2011, 09:58:00 PM
I have a '71 Bear T/D with an adjustable arrow plate and am wondering what material the factory put on the plate as a finish for the arrow to rub against?

I have seen two different coverings. One is a very very thin leather like covering and another is a thin rubbery covering with horizontal lines.

Not the best pic, but you can somewhat see the leather like covering in this pic of my A-Handle.
