Post by: Hawkman on September 11, 2010, 08:07:00 AM
What year Bear start to make recurve polars that had white glass and some type of black insert with designs on it above the rest? I found one for sale once,it was a reasonable price but didnt buy it  :knothead:  . I feel that I should have, I cant stop thinking about that bow. I want to find another one but I need to know the year

Thanks for the replies. The one I am looking for in particular has a black insert in the window area with white symbols or decoration on it. Does anyone know about this?

The ones that I have seen have either the plate or a sight that fits in the sight window.

I hope I am not stepping over the line with Collecting Topic but I really am looking for the all white Bear Polar with the black sight plate insert in the sight window, with the decoration on it. Does anyone know where I can find one??...I have only seen one. Even though I am sure they are somewhat common.

Watch here and the auction, almost guaranteed one will eventually surface.  I'd post a want ad in the classifieds about every 90 days or so too.
