Title: best bear quiver for Mag riser
Post by: scbowhnter on March 01, 2010, 11:38:00 PM
Would a four arrow with a spring arm up top and the bracket down low would be my best option? I'm thinking that since the mag handles have a threaded hole below the grip I wouldn't need the button that mounts to the stabilizer hole.

However, I'm worried I'm missing something in this....besides the fact I don't have one of those quivers yet. So if anyone has one they might part with let me know.

As always thanks for the help!

That's the one you want.. A couple words of caution. The lower rubber has a tendency to get hard and break, but aftermarket replacements are available.
They work best with the Converta Bracket, Which attaches to the stabilizer hole but mounts the quiver to the side.

So even though it has a hole on the side it would work better to use the stabilizer mount?? Is that due to noise or just a better system?

Thanks,

Using the "Converta" bracket just gives you a bit better adjustment options.. I've used both and had trouble with the screw vibrating loose when using the side hole
